Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on single-document and bundle purchases. You may request a full refund for any reason within 14 calendar days of purchase through paddle.net or by replying to your purchase receipt. Your order number, purchase date, and account email help locate the purchase; do not send estate documents, medical records, or family details. Printing, saving, signing, or using a document does not remove this right during the 14-day window.

We review refund requests and aim to issue approved refunds within 21 days of receiving the request, or sooner where required by law or Paddle. Paddle processes refunds to the original payment method. Your bank may take additional time to show the credit. We cannot guarantee bank processing times.

Change-of-mind refund requests submitted more than 14 calendar days after purchase are not eligible under our voluntary policy. This limit does not override mandatory consumer rights, remedies for faulty or misdescribed services, or Paddle’s Buyer Terms and Refund Policy. Tell Paddle if there is a duplicate charge or a service problem.

A refund cancels the paid licence for the refunded document or bundle, and its paid access may be withdrawn. Other purchases are unaffected. Do not continue using a refunded licence. You may still use free form entry and explanations; saved answers are handled according to our Privacy Notice.

Purchases are subject to Paddle’s Buyer Terms and Refund Policy. If these terms or applicable law give you stronger protection, that protection applies. A bundle is sold as one purchase; any partial adjustment is handled by Paddle, not calculated from the standalone document prices.

The Black Estate App is operated by Bagwire LLC. Questions about a refund? Reply to your purchase receipt email, or request help at paddle.net. Paddle may verify the order and investigate duplicate or fraudulent claims. No investigation removes your statutory rights or the 14-day request window.
