The Black Estate App
Plan your legacy, in plain English
What this does: A living trust is like a container you put your property into while you're alive. You stay in full control as the "trustee". When you pass away, the person you picked hands everything out — no probate court, no public record, usually faster and cheaper for your family. "Revocable" means you can change or cancel it anytime. Important: the trust only covers property you move into it, like re-titling your house deed into the trust's name.
General template—not independently state-validated. Check signing safeguards. Do not enter Social Security numbers or regulated medical records before security review.

What does this mean?
This is just who you are and where you live. Your state matters because each state has its own rules about how these papers must be signed.
You can change this anytime before you sign. Nothing is final until you sign it.
Ask anything, in plain words
General questions only. Do not speak or type private family, financial, or medical information. Spoken questions are sent to AI for transcription; review the words before sending.
